FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

We welcome any comments about our service so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our Customer Services Team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. We aim to resolve your issues as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY STANDARD DELIVERY:

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders will be delivered within 5-6 Business days, not inclusive of public holidays. Delivery can take 7-9 Business days As due to festivals days or due to any unwanted uncertainity.

Exchanges:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at overzedindia@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. All exchanged products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

a) We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
b) Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once. Please ensure that you select the correct size during the exchange process
c) Once your exchange is confirmed, our delivery guy will schedule a pickup within 48 hours. As these charges are two-way, we kindly request our customers to pay a one-way charge of product.
d) Please ensure that the exchanged item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
e) Upon receiving the exchanged item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
f) Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired size or product will be in stock.
